Closing One Chapter, Opening Another
For a while now, I’ve wanted to write a life update—to reconnect with those who have known me through different seasons of my life. If you’ve followed my journey, you might remember me as a personal chef in San Francisco, the host of immersive food tours, or even earlier, as the creator of pop-up dinner parties. The culinary chapter of my life was one I poured my heart into, but in early 2020, it came to an unexpected close.

A Pandemic Pivot
The pandemic forced me to rethink everything. I shut down my business in the Bay Area and moved across the country to New York with my family, navigating a new reality. I shifted my focus to an online venture—Always Tasting—a concept designed to bring culinary travel to life through digital, DIY audio tours. I believed in it deeply. I worked hard to build it. And then, just as it was taking shape, my world crumbled in a way I never anticipated.

A Life-Altering Decision
In early 2022, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life: to end my eight-year marriage. In an instant, everything I had built—my home, my future, my plans—was upended. I found myself in a new city, without a steady income, a single mother to my five-year-old daughter, and far from family or close friends. On top of navigating the emotional toll of divorce, I had to figure out legal proceedings in a foreign country, battle with health issues and Insomnia, financial stability, and how to rebuild a life that no longer resembled the one I had before.
It was, by far, the hardest project I never signed up for.

Picking Up the Pieces
Even with family support from afar, resources, and professional guidance, I felt profoundly alone. The life I had spent years creating had vanished overnight. And yet, slowly, painfully, I started piecing things back together.
For a time, I considered returning to a traditional 9-to-5 job. But how does one translate years of entrepreneurial experience—building brands, running businesses, mastering online marketing—into a resume that makes sense to hiring managers? And more importantly, was that truly what I wanted? Deep down, I knew the answer: No.

Discovering a New Path
I am a creator, an entrepreneur, a builder. I thrive on carving my own path. And so, I kept searching.
In a moment of irony, my first brush with virality came not from my culinary work but from a TikTok video about my cat. A video I made about an allergy treatment for my (now ex-) husband exploded, racking up over 4 million views. The brand behind the product saw a spike in sales, yet I earned nothing from it. That experience ignited a realization: I needed to learn how to leverage digital platforms for financial gain.
That’s when I discovered the Amazon Influencer Program. In late 2022, I took a leap of faith, invested in a course, and within months, started earning through product review videos. That income became a crucial stepping stone, giving me the financial stability to push forward while still untangling the complexities of my divorce.

Returning Home
Fast forward two years, and another major shift came—moving back to Israel with my daughter. It was both a triumph and a sacrifice. I finally had the support of my family, but I also had to let go of certain professional paths that weren’t viable outside of the U.S.
And through all of this, a new purpose began to take shape.

Introducing Hello, New Me
Over the past few months, I have been working on something deeply personal and incredibly important to me: Hello, New Me—a project designed to help resilient women rebuild their best lives after divorce.
Divorce is brutal. It is lonely, expensive, and exhausting. It shatters not only your relationship but also your identity, your confidence, and the future you once envisioned. But I believe there is another side to this journey—one where you don’t just survive but thrive.
I know what it takes to start over. I have done it more times than I can count—moving countries, building businesses, pivoting careers, navigating motherhood, and facing life-altering change. Reinvention has been my reality, and now, I want to use what I’ve learned to help other women navigate their own transformations with more clarity, confidence, and support.
Hello, New Me is about designing a life that feels intentional, fulfilling, and true to who you are now—not who you were before. It’s about finding strength in the rebuilding process and creating a future that excites you.
