Crafting Unforgettable Dining Experiences
When I came back to Tel Aviv in 2012 after studying cooking in Paris, I started a fun culinary adventure called “Tel Aviv Secret Kitchen.” I loved creating special dining experiences that would leave people amazed. Every month, I hosted pop-up events where guests gathered around a big table to enjoy delicious meals together.
Each Secret Kitchen event was like going on a magical food journey. I carefully planned themes that would excite everyone’s senses and spark interesting conversations. From color-themed feasts to unique food fusions, I created menus that showcased the different flavors and influences that shaped my cooking. I paid attention to every little detail, from selling tickets and finding staff to planning every dish and finding the best ingredients.
While I was busy with Secret Kitchen, I also worked part-time as a QA engineer at Trusteer, which had little to do with the culinary world but allowed me to spend much time investing in this new endeavor. This period in my culinary career helped me learn to be an entrepreneur. I developed skills in managing projects, working with a team, and creating unforgettable dining experiences. As I shared my journey on my website, I realized the power of storytelling through food. It brought people together, created a sense of community, and made memories that would last a lifetime.
